How easy is it to install the Extreme Fishing Concepts' Bass Boat Rod Holder Base & Top Mount Rod Holder Base?

These devices allow any fishermen to mount rod holders or other accessories to their existing bass boat cleats.

Its quick and simple with NO Drilling.

1. Place the Hook Bolt under the Cleat.
2. Place Top Mount Base over the Hook Bolt.
3. Place washer and wingnut onto Hook Bolt on the top side of the base.
4. Tighten wingnut to secure base to the cleat and the boat.
5. Attach the rod holder or accessory of your choice.
Now you have added a rod holder to your bass boat without drilling any holes or damaging your boat.
